Crystal healing is a natural healing method using therapeutic crystals/gemstones. These earthly gifts are placed on certain energy points on or around the body to release congestion, negative energy, and emotional tension allowing the individual’s body to come back into balance, both emotionally and physically.

Ancient Zen Policies

At Ancient Zen, we understand that life happens. However, to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies have been put into place:

  • A 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation.
  • No shows: anyone who chooses to miss their appointment for whatever reason will be charged 50% for their missed visit. Please understand that the time allotted for your appointment could have been used productively for another client. This results in time and money lost for Ancient Zen. *New clients are required to give a credit card upon making their first appointment.
  • Late arrivals: if you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to accommodate the remaining massage appointments for the day. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled to ensure the massage therapist can stay on time for other clients. If you are a new client, please arrive a few minutes early for paperwork, etc.
  • All purchases are non-refundable. You have two options: gifting the paid sessions to a loved one or using a credit towards another offering through Ancient Zen.
